BUYERS REPRESENTATIVE





As your Buyer's Representative, I will make the process of house hunting much easier and more efficient than if you did it all yourself. I will help you clarify priorities in your dream home. I will provide thorough research about potential properties to support your decision with detailed information as well as any potential problems to best meet your needs.


Once you've found a place that catches your eye, we'll look at comparable properties in the area to help determine a purchase offer. Then we'll negotiate on your behalf with the seller to make sure you get the most favorable terms. I will provide a list of qualified service vendors (lenders, inspectors, attorneys, etc).


I will guide you through the entire home purchase process from search to closing and beyond. It's my job to look after your best interests, and I will do so at no cost to you as a buyer.



SELLERS REPRESENTATIVE





Selling your house on your own can be an overwhelming task. I'll take the stress off of you! I will plan your advertising, open houses, manage private showings, help you negotiate purchase offers, determine contract contingencies, and assist with completing all the paperwork. Make it easy on yourself by putting your home in the hands of an experienced REALTOR. I have extensive experience marketing properties and showing them to their best advantage.


First, I'll perform a comparable market analysis to determine the most appropriate price for your home. This is done by reviewing active, pending, and recently sold properties similar to the subject property in the same area while adjusting for feature differences. Then I'll provide guidance for staging your home to make it shine! I'll advertise your home through MLS to reach the most buyers.

Comparative Market Analysis (CMA)





A CMA creates an estimate of the market value of a property. This is done by reviewing active, pending, and recently sold properties similar to the subject property in the same area while adjusting for feature differences. CMAs are used to determine listing prices for sellers and help buyers formulate offers to purchase.
